Principal's Message

 May 22, 2015

Dear Johnson Families,

Good afternoon, I hope everyone had a great week.  This week the Jackson Memorial Jazz Ensemble came to Johnson and entertained our 4th and 5th grade students.  It was a wonderful performance by a very talented group.  Our Kindergarten students visited Wemrock Farms for strawberry picking during our Kindergarten make-up days and had a fantastic trip.  We conducted our last lunch with the principal for the year as we celebrated students who demonstrated good character.  We had a great time and had a surprise visit from our Superintendent for one of our lunches.

The staff and I would like to thank the PTO, especially Mrs. Springfield for coordinating and celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week.  All of the wonderful food and desserts were absolutely fantastic. We are very grateful for the parental support our school receives throughout the school year.

Next week is busy with a bunch of activities. Please be sure to check the dates below, as well as the Johnson Backpack and your child’s class page, for updates.
